Clinic Information
What: Our Beginner Skills Series consists of two sessions, totalling 4.5hrs face to face skills instruction on cross country mountain bike trails (and fire trails) at Stromlo Forest Park, Canberra (Mount Stromlo).
Our clinics are fun, friendly and supportive, with a focus on keeping you safe and smiling. Our progressive coaching style means you gain confidence in each skill before moving onto another so you never feel out of your depth.
Our Next Level skills clinics are individual 2.5hr single sessions to get your foundational skills dialled and make adjustments to get you riding more smoothly, efficiently and confidently. Maybe you’ve been off the bike for a while, or have lost some confidence after a crash? These clinics might just be the ones for you!
Who our clinics are for: We specialise in teaching women and girls* of all fitness levels who are beginner and low intermediate riders who want to get the most out of their riding.

What to bring: You will need a mountain bike in good working order, an Australian approved helmet, gloves, closed toe shoes, and protective eyewear. A full list of what to bring will be included in pre-clinic information.
Maximum group size for Beginner Skills Series and Next Level Clinics is 6 participants.
Maximum group size for Trail Sessions is 7 participants.
Maximum group size for Introduction to Mountain Biking is 8 participants.
